About 3-Style
3-Style is the advanced blindfolded method used by many top BLD solvers. It is based on commutators, which solve piece cycles efficiently instead of repeating the same beginner algorithm many times.
This method is much harder to learn because it requires strong understanding of cube movement, many cases, and fast recognition. However, it gives much better efficiency and fewer wasted moves.
3-Style is the main path toward very fast blindfolded solving. With enough practice, it can lead to sub-1 minute solves, and elite solvers use it for sub-30 and world-class BLD results.
